Respect@Work
Creating safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces
The Respect@Work website has undergone an audit due to recent amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act, which now require businesses and organisations to comply with the positive duty obligations. The resources you are trying to reach have been removed because of this audit.
You may also like to visit the Sex Discrimination and Positive Duty in the Sex Discrimination Act sections of the Australian Human Rights Commission’s website:
- The Sex Discrimination webpage includes news, research and project work being undertaken by our Sex Discrimination Team
- The positive duty webpage includes a range of information and resources, including:
o Guidance materials to help organisations and businesses to understand their positive duty obligations
o Short animations to promote understanding of the positive duty
o A series of free mini eLearning courses about the positive duty
o Research reports and Commission resources, including the Respect@Work Report
o Posters, factsheets, and case studies about the positive duty.
You are welcome (and encouraged!) to link to and share any of the resources with your workforce.
