Age Discrimination
Age Discrimination Commissioner Robert Fitzgerald AM, interviewing Human Rights Commissioner President Emeritus Professor Rosalind Croucher AM

The Age Discrimination Commissioner, Robert Fitzgerald AM, has today launched a new interview series about ageing positively in Australia and the human rights challenges facing older people.

‘Let’s Talk Ageing’ will hear from prominent Australians and thought-leaders in the country. The first guest is Australian Human Rights Commission President, Emeritus Professor Rosalind Croucher AM, who was also the Acting Age Discrimination Commissioner prior to Commissioner Fitzgerald's commencement.

“It is a great pleasure to launch this series, where I will have the privilege to speak with some brilliant minds about the big issues confronting older Australians,” Commissioner Fitzgerald said.

“We hope that by having these discussions and sharing these ideas and thoughts, that we might be able to create a positive environment for all.”
